How it works

Initial Assessment

The Initial Assessment is an opportunity to learn about your goals for your fitness journey. The assessment involves a discussion about training habits, medical conditions, injuries, goals and expectations. There will also be assessment on movement patterns and competencies.

Note – This is required before an exercise session can be booked.

Program Design

Using all the information collected during the initial assessment, an individualised program will be designed to help you meet your fitness goals. This program is designed with your medical conditions, injury history and training history in mind.

Private Exercise Sessions

You have your program, now it is time to put it into action! These sessions are our opportunity to teach safe exercise technique and how to make the most of your personalized program. We will also discuss topics to supplement your program including nutrition and recovery.

Semi-Private Sessions (Small Group)

Just $30. Limited to groups of 6. These sessions are perfect for anyone who needs guidance on their program at a discounted cost. Participants complete their individualised program with a coach monitoring and correcting as required. If you’re the only one in the group you essentially get a private session for $30!

Goal Review Session

This session is about checking your progress, reviewing your goals and building a refreshed program together. Training can get monotonous, so a refreshed program may be just what you need to keep motivation high and ensure continued progress.
